The personal touch

With more than 20 years of experience, Sam Alderson and his team know the construction industry from the inside, having learned his trade working for some of the largest contractors and consultants in the country on projects with values between £1m and £50m.

Our years of first-hand experience liaising between all the different stakeholders involved in large and small projects puts us in a unique position to act on your behalf and help you to negotiate the many twists and turns involved in shepherding a project from inception through to final completion, ensuring you get the best possible results and value for money.

Thanks to our years of experience inside the construction industry, we’re able to offer a wide range of robust services that cover all of the key aspects of taking a construction project from feasibility right through to completion and beyond. A full-service consultancy like ours wouldn’t be possible without the extensive construction experience of our founder Sam.

 

Sam has worked on some of the country’s most demanding building projects for both Local Authorities and developers in the residential, educational, retail, aviation, hospitality, rail and leisure sectors to name a few. This experience - from cost planning, feasibility studies and contract administration through to procurement, sub-contracting and project management - has left us in a unique position when it comes to understanding both the needs of clients and the pressures of specifying, costing and delivering a demanding build or refurbishment.
