Alderson & Co was appointed to provide quantity surveying and contract administration services for a residential development comprising five new build townhouses. Our role included cost planning, tender management, procurement support, and contract administration throughout construction. We maintained strong commercial control and supported efficient project delivery on behalf of the client.
